Booking completeness
A booking is created only after checkout data is complete. The customer is responsible for accurate company, contact, pickup, delivery, container, and document information.
Transport documents
Not every transport needs the same documents. Terminal or depot pickups may require release orders and, for import flows, bills of lading.
Execution
Once booking details are complete, MYM can plan the transport and share status updates such as planned, in transit, delivered, completed, or issue.
Final legal review
Carrier terms, liability limits, payment terms, dispute handling, and statutory company details must be reviewed and completed before public production use.
