Website and booking terms
These terms explain the MYM Container quotation and booking process for business road transport of containers. The specific offer and transport confirmation determine the agreed service.
1. Our company and service

MYM Container organises European container road transport with transport partners. Contact sales@mymcontainer.com about a quote, booking, invoice or complaint. Ocean freight is outside the scope of this website.
2. Quotes and prices
A calculator price relates to the route, container quantity/type and options entered. Check the currency, VAT treatment, validity and inclusions shown in your quote. Empty return, customs stops, waiting time and other services are included only as specified. Changed addresses, timing, cargo or requirements may require a revised price. Do not treat an indicative or review-required result as a confirmed transport offer.
3. From request to confirmed transport
Submitting contact details or a booking request, receiving a request reference, or completing a checklist does not by itself confirm a truck or transport date. We check the request, operational details and availability and communicate the booking confirmation. The confirmation identifies the agreed service, price, dates and applicable payment/transport conditions. Keep that confirmation with your quote.
4. Your information and documents
Provide correct addresses, contacts, container details, weight, cargo characteristics, references and requested dates. Tell us about dangerous goods, temperature requirements and special handling before confirmation. Required releases, PINs, customs and terminal documents must be available for execution. A complete website checklist does not establish carrier acceptance, terminal release or dispatch readiness.
5. Waiting, changes and cancellation
The quote specifies any included waiting/unloading time and the applicable additional rate. Tell us promptly about changes, delays or cancellation. Additional services and costs are assessed under the confirmed agreement and applicable law; request written confirmation of the impact before agreeing a change. A requested date remains subject to the confirmed planning and necessary releases.
6. Transport conditions and liability
Mandatory transport law applies where relevant, including the CMR Convention for qualifying international road carriage. Additional conditions such as AVC apply only where validly agreed and made available. The quote/confirmation must identify the contractual role and additional conditions for your transport. This website does not introduce a separate blanket liability exclusion. Carrier liability is not the same as full cargo insurance; request explicit confirmation if you need additional cover.
7. Payment, questions and complaints
The agreed offer, confirmation and invoice specify payment arrangements; this page does not create a new payment term or cancellation tariff. Raise discrepancies or damage promptly with sales@mymcontainer.com and preserve relevant evidence. Mandatory legal rights and deadlines remain applicable. These website terms do not retrospectively change an existing transport agreement.
